US security laws are garbage.
But it's important to note that 0xBitcoin was designed in a way that it is UNAMIGUOSULY not a security. There was no premine or pre-sale of any sort - which not even Ether as an asset can claim.
0xBitcoin is the ideal hard money for Ethereum.

b/c of metaphysical U.S. implied contracts, we can never be safe here; have to treat the U.S. as a Chernobyl-like wasteland until Congress fixes this or @NYcryptolawyer wins a SCOTUS victory
